Each generation lives with a set of established but unspoken rules of conduct that influence their lives from the moment they are born. These norms differ from one culture to another. They have evolved alongside each culture’s government, social structure, and religion. Once traditions are established, a culture will hold onto what serves them, but change is inevitable and that is uncomfortable for many people.
In America, the '60s and '70s set the tone for radical change. Our youth took a firm stand and protested across the board, ushering in many new norms which we still hold today.

It is my intention to evoke memories of how you felt in your early childhood years. This is a great exercise to get you to start considering why you think the way you do. I believe that if we understand our base programming, so to speak, then we can find the right tools to rethink some of the issues in our adult lives. After a few years of rethinking, you will have cleared the way to build a healthy life upon new thoughts.
